Working at a medical clinic is complex process which requires coordination and cooperation of the professionals for successful treatments. In order to build a unified medical team some certain key principles must be followed:

Team effort. A high quality diagnostic, effective treatment and quick sufficient rehabilitation can be attained only through coordinated work of a psychiatrist, a clinical psychologist and a neurophysiologist.
Quality assurance. Quality control of the work performed must be conducted at each stage. That provides assurance the treatment is carried out according to international based medical standards.

Continuous Training and Development of Employees. Innumerable new research findings, diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in mental health treatment are being made every year. An experienced professional should be well informed about recent scientific discoveries from around the world.

Vitalij Leonidovich Minutko Ph.D

Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist

Minutko M.D. is the founder and owner of the clinic. His current position involves teaching and research duties; He is available for psychiatric and medical consultations and provides different kinds of therapies for those with eating disorders as well as individuals with other psychological illnesses.

Sergei Alexandrovich Golovenko M.D

Endocrinologist, Andrologist of the highest category, an ultrasound diagnostic specialist (Minutko Outpatient Center)

Golovenko M.D specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine dysfunction (on the basis of current antipsychotic pharmacotherapy), diabetes, thyroid disease, disorders of lipid metabolism etc.

Oleg Ivanovich Ivatschenko M.D

Neurophysiologist (Minutko Outpatient Center)

Ivatschenko M.D is a biofeedback therapist, who specializes in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder, deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and attention deficit disorder (ADD), dyslexia, dysgraphia and epilepsy.

Alexander Nikolaevich Lukjanov D.Sc

Neurophysiologist (Minutko Mental Health Clinic)

Lukjanov D.Sc conducts Video-EEG monitoring, polysomnography (sleep study) and psychophysiological corrective work using biofeedback therapy. He is author of more than 60 scientific works on neuro and psychophysiology and two monographies.
